We’ve taken our Future of Branding program virtual.  On Tuesday, June 9th, from 12:30pm-1:15pm EST our Head of Insights, Ben Osborne and Group Director, Strategy, Rana Brightman,  will host a global webcast: How Can the Energy Industry Win the Minds of Tomorrow?

Ben and Rana will lead a focused discussion on our research findings and implications for the energy sector. From a volatile economic crisis and political instability, to oil price fluctuations and COVID-19, the world is very much in a state of flux. For brands, finding where you stand in this complex time is more important than ever. And while it’s clear customer expectations are changing, employee expectations are also evolving.

Talent is drawn to organizations they feel align with their own values but our bespoke research with Gen Z students and graduates on their knowledge and perceptions of the energy sector suggests perceptions are polarized. While non-renewable energy is seen as necessary but unappealing, renewable energy is seen as lacking prestige. We will identify how can organizations use brand to ensure they’re winning the hearts and minds of next generation talent.
